CAN YOU PUT THE BAG IN THE WASHING MACHINE?
Yes, however please ensure all hardware is removed, as it may tarnish. For best results, place your bag in a wash bag and use a gentle cycle. Reshape the bag after washing and lay flat to dry. Wash with similar colours and do not tumble dry or dry clean.


DO I HAVE TO WEAR THE BAG WITH BOTH STRAPS?
SOLE SETTI bags are designed to suit your individual style. Each bag comes with two interchangeable straps, giving you the freedom to wear them separately or together. You can also mix and match straps and hardware across different colours if you choose to build your own look.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in-stock orders are dispatched from Australia within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.


ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED?
For customers in the United States, duties and taxes are included in the shipping rate. For all other international orders, any applicable duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery.


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, excluding shipping fees (unless the item is deemed faulty). Items purchased using a promo code or during a sale period are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit will be emailed to you as a digital gift card, which can be used at any time or gifted to someone else.
