Returns

As a small business, we take care to inspect and pack each item before it reaches you.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Please notify us of any faults within 5 days of the delivery date (as shown in your tracking).
  • If you’re gifting the item, we recommend inspecting it as soon as it arrives.
  • Return shipping is complimentary for items that are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

GENERAL RETURNS

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Returns with signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s cost.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Original packaging (including dust bags) must be included.

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • If a promo code was used:
    – The discount will remain if your updated order still meets the minimum spend.
    – If it falls below the threshold, the discount will be deducted from your refund.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETUN

  • Final sale items
  • Worn or modified items
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after the delivery date

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued once returns have been received and approved.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method or via digital gift card.
  • Shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable.
  • Returns that don’t comply with the policy may be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.
